Friday November 12th

8.30 pm LOST HEAVEN ON THE BUND is proud to present you

Mayumi Sato and Les Lucioles Fashion Show

Come to discover the vintage, feminine and recreational design of Mayumi Sato for the collection Autumn- Winter 2010-2011 and the unexpected selection of les Lucioles for Winter. More surprises are waiting.

Mayumi Sato is a Japanese Designer graduated from the famous Bunka Fashion College, she launched her own brand in 2006.

With Mayumi, shapes are floating and feminine, fabrics are breathable and ingeniously cut to flatter any form and to fit any occasion.

Whatever she’s experiencing and exploring at the time, she’ll amazingly reflect her environment into her designs.

The style is well-thought : there are no artsy-fartsy design in her creation and no childish details, just unpretentious origami-like folds, cute pleats and flounces, and manipulated fabrics here and there on casual daily wear.

The fabrics she uses are 100% natural: silk from South Asia, vintage kimono, cashmere, wool and Japanese organic cotton.

Les Lucioles - concept store for designers aims to offer an alternative for people in the mood for discovery, timeless originality and off-track experiences.

Mainly hand made and/or limited edition, all selected items are not only fashionable but also designed by passionated artists, a story to wear.
